I’ve kept telling myself that I really need to work on my scrapbooks.  My daughter is 8 and I only have 2 books that are 100% done.  I’ve been working on 2010 for the past year and I’m just about done with it.  I have another 2 layouts that I need to make.

The pictures in this layout are of Iva Marie (my daughter) and her Papa (my father in law).  They are checking out where Santa is and watching the videos that they are showing.  Every year they have done this but this is the first year I was smart enough to get a picture of the two of them.  I love how intent they both are looking at the computer screen.  They are some serious Santa trackers.  *I’m very lucky that my father in law does not mind me taking his picture*

Happy Tuesday!  Today’s card is really a quick card that I just did moments before posting this!   I’ve had this stamp set for awhile but had not used it!  CAS(E) this Sketch had the perfect sketch for me to use it!  I’m very happy how this card turned out.

I’m posting this and hoping my husband does not see it.  His birthday is actually Wednesday but I wanted to post his card today.  He will be the big 29!  Where does the time go?  This November we will be together for 11 years !  I’m glad I married my best friend!

I have also come to realize that “Sentiment Sampler” from Paper Smooches is my go to stamp set!  I use this Happy Birthday saying more than anything.  I do have a lot of other birthday stamps but I just really like how this one looks!

Today’s Card is a very simple card.  The idea behind this card I found on a challenge site.  This card is another card that someone had ordered for a gift.  She stated the simpler the better.  I think this card turned out great!  I couldn’t be happier with it!  I love how adding the pink stamping gave it a little more life.

I had an order of cards to make to be given as a gift on Mother’s Day.  The person who ordered these cards wanted a sympathy card added to the collection.  In my stamp collection I don’t own that many sympathy stamps but I happen to find one of my Paper Smooches stamp sets had one that says With Sympathy.  I thought it was the perfect choice.
